We Are Your Friends

We are your friends for the future
and you don't know what to do;
We have lost someone we love
We are crying just like you.

As we volunteer our time
To help a healing heart,
You've come along this far
and that's a wonderful start

Someone has lost a sister
Or a brother as well
We'll gather here together
You'll have someone to tell

We'll join one another
a message we will send
It'll take you forever
For your broken heart to mend

You are hurting inside
As you hold back your grief;
We will let it out together
A little time of relief

We came here together
We shared our sorrow.
and we'll hold our love
till we gather again tomorrow
