You Can't Dance in My Circle
Lucy Davenport

You can't dance in my circle

You don't feel the heat
You don't see the blank
You don't hear the silence
You don't have the hole
You don't taste the tears

The heat stifles me
The blank holds me
The silence tears at me
The hole engulfs me
The tears flow through out me

You can't dance in my circle . . .
Neither can I.
