• Maple Bourbon Salmon: Fresh Salmon braised in a sweet maple bourbon sauce.

Dessert Dash
No meal is complete without an extraordinary dessert. A fundraising competition among tables will be held to establish who will be first to select a fabulous donated dessert! The fun is the same but the rules have changed!
