Team Gracie Lou's Crew... In the spring of 2019 we found out we were expecting! Early on we had additional testing done after some concerns. It was then that we found out our daughter had Trisomy 18 and if she made it to delivery our time would be short. Even though are hearts were broken...we continued on and documented the time we got to have with her. On September 27, Gracelyn Louise made her entrance into this world!! We snuggled her until she passed in my arms. That week many of our family and friends were able to meet our little Angel. We trot in memory of Gracie Lou and in appreciation of how much love and support we received from IRIS
