In heaven there is an angel
Who is living in God’s care
A tiny little angel
Who is very happy there.

He passed by for a moment
And I held him close to me
I’ll love that little angel
Through all eternity.

A precious gift we’ve placed with God
Our faith and love’s there too
In heaven there is an angel
Who’s come back home to you.
