Heather, you came on bright summer day,
You stopped to see us while on your way.
And though your time with us was brief.
We’ll celebrate your life as we bear our grief.

Even though short moments we had,
We will always be your mom and dad,
We love you Heather,
and will miss you so,
And the times of your life we will never know.
