A Breath of Spring Air |
By Stephanie Klepacki |
Our baby, Michelle Ann,
due to be born in the spring came too soon instead. Unable to take her first and only breath of air, God saved her from despair. What followed were many days of tears and pain, then Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the New Year came. 1994 was gone, and with it, so was my baby girl. But with the new year came new hope, and with each day, it became easier to cope. Now spring is here, and with each new life that breathes the air, I know that Michelle Ann is there. |
