IRIS Lights Candles to Remember

 Infants Remembered In Silence Inc. honors the millions of pregnancies  in the United States that end in early pregnancy (miscarriage, ectopic  pregnancy, molar pregnancy, etc.) from stillbirth, neo-natal death,  birth defects, sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), sudden unexplained  death of a child (SUDC), illness, accidents, and all other types of  infant and early childhood death.
   IRIS in conjunction with infant loss organizations and support  groups around the world, are joining together to remember these losses.  They would like people to join others around the world in lighting  candles to remember and honor infants that have died from any cause  from 7 to 8 p.m. on Thursday in your home or to join a representatives  from IRIS as remembrance candles are lighted outside of the IRIS  office, 101 Third St. N.W., at the same time.
